New Fabrics and Future Craft Shows

We just received many new minky prints, and are busy sewing! Included in this article are some pictures. As they are finished they will be added to our Etsy Shop. Let us know if you would like to reserve a print and custom pick the coordinating fabric! 

We have been getting many inquiries as to what craft shows we will be at this year. We have decided to stay local due to some health concerns that have left our Fall schedule very unclear. Our son, Everett, was diagnosed with medium sized VSD (a hole in-between two chambers of his heart) at the start of June. At this time it is very unclear as to whether it is getting smaller or if it is staying the same size. Our follow up in August will tell us if we will be undergoing surgery to repair or if they expect it to close on its own. 

Due to so many unknowns we are hoping to be at the following shows this Summer and Fall (I will update as we receive confirmations back.)

We list all finished pillow blankets on our Etsy Shop, and we do take orders for custom blankets. Some popular custom blankets are sports teams, tractors, flags, and other hard to find fabrics. 

2018 New Beginnings

Hello! We are so excited to share the news that Ordal Creations is going to be continuing to bring you pillow blankets!

My grandparents, Gerald and Jean Ordal, have finally commited to enjoying retirement at the end of 2017. I was blessed to be given the opportunity and responsibility of continuing to bring you pillow blankets.

This change has lead me to walk away from a traditional career path and work from home! This will also allow me to take care of our little miracle baby, Everett. I cannot express how truly grateful I am that my grandparents have entrusted me with the care of their business and amazing customer base. I hope I live up to the high standards of care they have shown over the last thirty years of growing Ordal Creations!

My husband, Austin, and I will hopefully be starting to attend some craft shows this fall. In addition I have reopened the Etsy store and started a Facebook page.

I am looking forward to connecting with many of the wonderful people who have been a part of Ordal Creations!
